Who is Clayra for?
Any business that sells a service and wins work through enquiries: consultancies, agencies, IT support and technology providers, property and maintenance services, trades, clinics and more. If a slow reply or a forgotten follow-up costs you work, it's for you.
Do we need new software or a new phone system?
No. Your website form and enquiries address are redirected to Clayra once, during setup, and everything after that is automatic. For missed-call text-back, your phone simply diverts calls you don't answer to Clayra, which texts the caller back. Your number stays the same.
What's the easiest way to try it?

Can Clayra read our emails?
No. Clayra never connects to your inbox. It only sees what is sent to it: new enquiries from your website form or enquiries address, and the proposals you copy it in on. Your conversations with existing clients stay private.
Do we have to forward enquiries by hand?
No. During setup we point your website form and enquiries address at Clayra, so new enquiries reach it automatically. The only manual step is copying Clayra in when you send a proposal you want followed up.
What if it says something wrong to a client?
To start with, nothing is sent until you approve it. Clayra doesn't quote prices or make commitments on your behalf. It gathers the details and leaves those decisions to you.
